The fiercely territorial clans are spurred on by American gang culture and are at constant war on our streets with other gangs.

"There is no evidence of the existence of any organised indigenous criminal gang structures,"

"Anyone with any information of the existence of any such illegal activity should be contacting police so they can investigate."
