That is the most absurd argument for unarmed security I have ever read. "an atmosphere of fear on campus" Really?!?! So every municipality in the country lives with an atmosphere of fear from the possible abuses of firearm power from the local police? I know I sleep better at night because I know the people charged to serve and protect are properly equipped to do both. That and because of our beloved second amendment, I am properly equipped to protect my family from those with bad intentions until law enforcement arrives.
