Anyone who thinks the criminal element of society will suddenly begin obeying another new gun law is seriously misinformed
But since we have speed limit signs everyone obeys that, and look everywhere there is a "No Guns" sign, people don't take guns there, surely if we pass a few more all the bad guys will get in line.............
